Welcome to Whole Body Pilates. I am so excited to have you here. As the studio owner, I am always available to answer any questions or discuss any concerns. Please feel free to contact me. Whole Body Pilates’ mission is to make you feel comfortable, safe, and stronger.

I will be using this blog space to provide regular updates about the studio, about Pilates trends, wellness, and how movement can address certain types of disorders and injuries. Other instructors at the studio will be blogging as well. Please know I am not here to diagnose these injuries or disorders, and I have a great referral network of MDs, PTs, and chiropractors if you need medical advice.

I will also use this space to showcase other local bodywork providers I find interesting. Movement is an important part of being healthy, but it is only one piece of the puzzle, and I enjoy working with massage therapists, rolfers, dieticians, etc.—anyone who helps address the needs of the entire body!
