Whole Body Barre infuses upbeat music into every workout. We use a combination of Pilates, ballet, and yoga movements to engage the core, boost heart rates, and build lean muscles. Every class provides a challenging workout without adding stress or strain to your joints. Our classes are designed to stimulate your mind and body while helping you reach your fitness goals, whether you’re training for a race, trying to lose weight, or just toning up.

We welcome women and men of every skill level and age to our vibrant, fun studio between Capitol Hill and Cheesman Park. Because Barre focuses on small movements, it’s easy for beginners to learn, but it’s still challenging and enjoyable for those who have more experience with movement-based training.

Whole Body Barre believes in using best practices that are proven to strengthen, stretch, and tone the entire body, and we limit our class sizes to ensure members receive as much one-on-one attention as possible. We invite you to try a challenging, energizing Barre class at Whole Body! It’s a great way to tone up and meet other people who care about their health and well-being. We also offer mat Pilates, yoga, and personal training sessions.
